Laurent-Perrier Cuvee Rose'
Production

Laurent-Perrier uses the méthode champenoise for their champagne production. Cuvee Rose' is composed of 100% Pinot Noir. Most other rose' champagne is made by blending red wine, but after sorting and de-stemming, Laurent Perrier Cuvee Rose' is made by macerating the Pinot Noir grapes with skins for approximately 24 to 72 hours in tanks resulting in the salmon pink color. It is aged a minimum of 4 years on lees for standard bottles with an additional 2 years for magnums. Dosage is typically about 10 grams per liter.
