Piper Heidsieck 2004 Brut
Production

Piper Heidsieck uses the méthode champenoise for their champagne production. The 2004 Brut is composed of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. The final dosage is 11 grams per liter. Wines from specific crus and grape varieties are all vinified separately after harvest. Piper Heidsieck minimizes manipulation such as racking, filtering and centrifugation to preserve the typicity of the vineyards.
