Production
Perrier Jouet uses the méthode champenoise for their champagne production. The Blason Rose' is composed of 50% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Meunier and 25% Chardonnay with a dosage of 10 grams per liter. The blend typically includes a high portion of still red wine (up to 15%). This champagne spends a minimum of three years in the Perrier Jouet cellars prior to release.
