Louis Roederer Blanc de Blancs 2004
Production

Louis Roederer uses the Méthode champenoise for their champagne production. The Blanc de Blancs 2004 is composed of 100% Chardonnay grapes. 15% to 20% of wines are aged in oak barrels with weekly batonnage. This Blanc de Blancs is bottled at low pressure (about 4 atmospheres) to preserve the elegance of the mousse. The 2004 Blanc de Blancs is made exclusively from Grand Cru fruit. No Malolactic fermentation occurs.

Vintage Louis Roederer Blanc de Blancs are matured for an average of 5 years in cellars before disgorgement. The dosagé of between 10 and 11 grams/liter is customized for each vintage.
